Neofinetia Mugen-no-shima, possibly spike?

 This small bean with stripes created so many new fans over the last year. I really hope this new entity coming out as spike:

Lots of roots and spikes. I didn't repot my neos yet, maybe I will skip this year....

Phragmipedium Sedenii

 

Pragmipedium Sedenii is a primary hybrid between longifolium and schlimii. Grows well in orchiata bark mixed with sponge rock. I got it as division few years ago, and it is its first blooming. I think it needs to grow a substantial mature fan to be ready to flower.

Easy to grow and bloom phragmipedium. It flowers every year without much effort.
